Rio De Grill Brazilian Steakhouse: A Culinary Adventure Through Brazilian Flavors in Charleston, WV

Restaurant with a lunch buffet and dinner. If you want the sliced meat, it costs more, but it is still a pretty good deal. There were various sausages, pork, potatoes, soup, and salad bar. It was a decent buffet, but not spectacular. The service was nice. There is a full bar, but we didn't imbibe. The place seemed very clean until going into the bathroom after finishing. Quite frankly, it was not clean at all, and had I seen this first, I would not have eaten here. It was absolutely the most disgusting bathroom I've probably ever seen in my life. You decide for yourself.

Fantastic food at a reasonable price. Many different types of meat in buffet style. The pineapple is one of our favorites!

This place is amazing! Went here for lunch and if you leave hungry it's your own fault. Flip you cube on green and the food keeps coming flip it to red and enjoy your food. Nothing I tried here was bad. Fast friendly service at a good price.

First let me say that the different meats are good. Then let me say that the garlic bread and items on the "salad" bar were the stars of the day. The chili and the Brazilian shrimp stew were both excellent. I could have made a total meal of the chili and garlic bread since it was so good. The watermelon was ripe but firm and so juicy. The fudge brownie cups were gooey and chewy with a deep chocolate flavor. I didn't get to try most items because I saved room for the meats but next time I will just be getting the salad bar for lunch. At $10.99 it is the deal of the day. The personnel working there are industrious and friendly but quickly cleaning the tables and making sure you are getting everything you need. So many items need mentioning that were so good but I'll let you stop here and discover this place for yourself. You won't be sorry!

Lots of options on the buffet and the salad ingredients were all very fresh. The "meat-on-a-skewer" is an interesting spin, and we tried a taste of all of them (I think...). They were all okay, but nothing really stood out. Same thoughts on the rest of the buffet items. It's a little pricey, but honestly, for the amount of food and variety of options, I think it's fair. The server was very friendly, but my wife and I were thoroughly underwhelmed with the place. It is a neat experience, but I doubt we'll go back again. Buffets aren't really my thing.

I am writing this review after visiting a third time. And after those 3 visits, I can say this is one of the best Brazilian steakhouses I’ve been to, and I’ve been to quite a bit of restaurants across West Virginia, it’s overall pretty quiet, other than a couple people talking to one another. waiters come around and check how everyone in each party is doing, and come around with different meats, even grilled pineapple. There’s a wide variety of foods to choose from. You can even get a few different foods that are not available at the bar. So I highly recommend Rio De Grill when in Charleston, West Virginia
